Primarily an organization dedicated to outdoor, pop-up style yoga, this Fall & Winter, Underground Soundbath will motivate you to continue getting outdoors for more self-reflection while gazing under the stars. We will meet just outside of the Lawrence city limits and use immersive headphones & my mic to woo you (guided mindfulness/meditation, really), along with heavy duty mats for a more comfortable place outside. Bring a blanket, snack, drink, whatever will help you feel more relaxed for a night of stargazing. Also consider bringing a loved one for an even more enjoyable experience.
